The RSSBP efforts started along the Atlantic coast of the United States and recently expanded to the U.S. Gulf Coast which is why the information is focused on these areas. The ultimate goal is to continue expanding the tools for use on the U.S. West coast.

The RSSBP provides a list of the POCs along the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of the U.S.
